Access to HealthSmart curriculum materials Terms
Parent and Community (“User”) access to HealthSmart curriculum materials (“the Materials”) is restricted for the purposes of educational review and evaluation.
All HealthSmart curriculum materials are confidential, proprietary and the intellectual property of ETR.
User agrees and acknowledges not to share copies of the Materials for any purposes now and in the future.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, posting, recording, or use of the Materials—in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. This preview of the Materials grants the User non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable, and worldwide limited right to access Materials solely for purposes of educational review and evaluation.
User agrees not to upload, input, or otherwise transmit any Materials or other ETR proprietary, confidential, or intellectual property curriculum or content into publicly accessible generative artificial intelligence tools or platforms.
ETR expressly reserves the right to discontinue providing Materials at any time at its sole discretion.
